Минимальная скорость, при которой обеспечивается набор высоты при неработающем критическом двигателе, если остальные двигатели работают в рамках установленных эксплуатационных пределов.

Примечание. Вышеуказанная скорость может быть определена по показаниям приборов или достигнута с помощью методики, определённой в руководстве по лётной эксплуатации.

The minimum speed at which climb shall be achieved with the critical power-unit inoperative, the remaining power-units operating within approved operating limits.

Note.— The speed referred to above may be measured by instrument indications or achieved by a procedure specified in the flight manual.
